  • If you are a ClickTel telephone service customer, your activation fee is $25.00..

    TO ACTIVATE YOUR MODEM

    • Connect your modem on your arrival by respecting the following steps: Screw the coaxial cable onto the modem. Then, connect the electricity and wait between 2 to 5 minutes so that the 4 lights stabilize and light up permanently on your modem (online light and Internet). If this is the case, you must call us immediately to cancel the technician's visit, which was scheduled 3 days after your arrival. Following your call, ClickTel will activate your modem remotely within 24 to 48 business hours after connecting the modem.

    If these lights do not come on properly (only two or three) it means there is a problem with your Comcast-Xfinity wiring. Also ClickTel must maintain the COMCAST technician's scheduled visit to your home.

    If a technician needs to come to your home, you won't have to pay for it. Internet service setup fees will be included in your first bill and charged to your credit card.
