Is there a contract?
SkyLink Home and Business Air Pro are available with no long-term contract required. Ask your ClickTel representative about current terms for Never-Down Continuity, Team Mobility, and Global Connect.
Can I combine plans?
Yes — most customers pair their internet plan with Never-Down Continuity for backup, and businesses often add Team Mobility for staff phones. Ask about multi-plan discounts.
Is this available at my address?

How fast does Never-Down Continuity switch over during an outage?
It's automatic — the backup connection activates as soon as it detects your primary internet is down, with no action needed from you.
Do I need special equipment?
SkyLink Home, Business Air Pro, and Never-Down Continuity each use a compatible wireless router, which ClickTel provides and helps you set up.
Do I need a satellite dish for TV?
No. ClickTel TV is delivered entirely by streaming over your internet connection — no dish, no extra outdoor equipment, and no technician visit required.
What do I need to watch?
A compatible TV, streaming device, phone, tablet, or browser, plus a ClickTel internet connection. We include a streaming device and remote with every TV plan.
Can I watch away from home?
Yes — use the DIRECTV app on your phone, tablet, or another TV to stream your channels and on-demand library anywhere.
Can my HOA or condo building add this for all residents?
Yes — ClickTel can set up building-wide TV bundles for HOA and condo communities, often at a lower per-unit cost than individual sign-ups. Contact us for a property quote.

Coverage is not available everywhere and is subject to change without notice — a site check is required before activation. SkyLink Home and Business Air Pro require a compatible wireless router; Business Air Pro requires a qualifying business address and is not available at residential addresses. Never-Down Continuity is intended for temporary/backup use during an outage of your primary internet service and is not a standalone primary internet plan; extended continuous use may result in a plan change. Data usage on all unlimited plans may be temporarily slowed during network congestion consistent with normal network management practices. Team Mobility and Global Connect require a compatible mobile device; taxes, regulatory recovery fees, and other carrier surcharges apply in addition to the monthly price shown. International rates and country coverage for Global Connect are subject to change without notice. TV service is delivered via streaming and requires an internet connection, a compatible device, and a DIRECTV Stream account; channel lineups, on-demand availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice. Cloud DVR storage is limited to 20 hours per account. Premium channel add-ons (Max, Paramount+ with Showtime, Starz, MGM+) are optional and billed in addition to your TV plan.
