No. Never-Down Continuity is intended for temporary backup use during an outage of your primary service; extended continuous use may result in a plan change.
Do I need equipment?
It uses a compatible wireless router, which ClickTel provides and helps you set up.

SkyLink Home and Business Air Pro require a compatible wireless router; Business Air Pro requires a qualifying business address and is not available at residential addresses. Never-Down Continuity is intended for temporary/backup use during an outage of your primary internet service and is not a standalone primary internet plan; extended continuous use may result in a plan change. Data usage on all unlimited plans may be temporarily slowed during network congestion consistent with normal network management practices. Team Mobility and Global Connect require a compatible mobile device; taxes, regulatory recovery fees, and other carrier surcharges apply in addition to the monthly price shown. International rates and country coverage for Global Connect are subject to change without notice. TV service is delivered via streaming and requires an internet connection, a compatible device, and a DIRECTV Stream account; channel lineups, on-demand availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
